The GEAR series of gear-driven plants are known for enabling ALMiG to offer a completely new generation of screw compressors, for applications with extensive air requirements. The delivery quantities available are between 3.58 and 71.15m3/min, with a maximum operating pressure of 8, 10 or 13bar. The drive outputs are between 30 and 500kW, while the plants are available in air-cooled and water-cooled versions.The items are easy to maintain, while the service drive concept comes with a robust drive motor that delivers generous power reserves, being easy to maintain. The service gear and novel flexible gear drives protect the drive, while the high operational reliability comes with virtually no loss. Finally, the separation of the cooling agent is highly efficient and facilitates a residual oil content of only 2-3mg/m3.
