Babcock Wanson The Babcock Wanson introduces the new "HRW" process that can further purify feed water by demineralising with resin beds or reverse osmosis. It further eliminates the slats and silica using the cationic and anionic resins (primary chain) along with the mixed beds (final polishing).

The counter-current regeneration offers various benefits related to the use of reproduction reagents and the improvement of the grade of water produced. Its key features include water production with reduced conductivity in a specific duration without any suspension phase. It achieves a water of consistent quality over the duration of the cycle.

Additionally, it is also characterized by a decrease in the size of service and waste water along with the decrease of regeneration cycle time.
