For the enforcement of the Clean Water Act by the EPA, the Skimoil's BilgeVAP is the answer to marine waste water management. It will evaporate the water portion of gray, oily bilge, or treated black water that comes off the Marine Sanitation Devices. This allows barges, workboats, and shore facilities to become zones of no discharge.
