Eddy current separator / ECS / for non-ferrous metals - ECS

Eddy current separator / ECS / for non-ferrous metals - ECS
GAUSS MAGNETI srl The ECS separator for non-ferrous metals works on the basis of the induced current that is generated through the means of a rotating magnetic field. The induced currents in the metal will bring about a repulsion force that will expel the metal from the flow of inert material. The system layout consists of sections for ferrous metal separation section, a vibrating channel, an ECS separator, additional magnetic separation, unload of inert material and also unload of non-ferrous metals. After magnetic separation, the material will pass onto the vibrating feeder, which will widen the flow and make it homogeneous. The speed of the ECS conveyor and revolution speed of the magnetic rotor can be adjusted. The ferrous intrusion is unloaded in the hopper, inert material, in the central hopper and the non-ferrous metals will be thrown in the hopper.
