GEA Delbag air-filter elements with pleated micro-glass-fiber are designed so that the number and the height of the pleats are optimally matched to operational conditions. The correct distance between the pleats is maintained by separators or by the HotMelt pleat technology. The pleats are integrated into various frame materials as folded packages in compact, intrinsically stiff form. The filter elements are used in general ventilation and climate-control systems, and for special applications such as the following: high-temperature filters in surface-finishing processes, oil- and emulsion-mist separation, and high-quality pre-filters in clean-room areas.
