Pocket filter / for gas / air / explosion-proof
For deducting of gases generating explosive mixtures, ECO INSTAL offers equipment, which complies with the ATEX directive. These devices are used for dedusting of various explosive dust and air mixtures, from food industry to coal dusts, aluminium and sulphur etc.ECO INSTAL Ex FILTER SET is designed for dust collection installations for industrial equipment or buildings, wherein flammable dust of the explosiveness class 1 and 2 occur. The system must not be used in the case of gases or vapours creating explosive mixtures as well as in the case of explosive hybrid mixtures dust-gas/vapour-air.
The Ex system comprises the following elements:
ECO INSTAL explosion-proof pulse filter,
Explosion (cut-off) isolation protection system separating the pulse filter from the dust collection installation lines,
Explosion suppression protection system,
Explosion (cut-off) isolation protection system separating the pulse filter from the dust reception system,
