Mist eliminator oil
The oil mist / FV Noil Filter is purposed for mechanics and graphics environments and in industrial sectors that require purified air from oily fog generated by processing and to reacheive filtered oil from recyling. With regards to the operating method, the polluted air with oily elements is streamed through a mechanical separator, which is crafted from a helicoidal element and a metallic screen, both of which are placed in a channel that has a similar diameter as the suction opening. The drops of oil are then forced against the walls of the channel made possible by the centrifugal force imposed on the contaminated air in this pre-filter. Additionally, the metallic screen in the channel stops the oil from reversing back into the flow of air so that it slides along the walls of the channel to the accumulation hopper. The second phase entails the oil being accumulated in a small barrel.
