Wet type dust collector
The Idromix abatement filter is designed to operate on centrifugal principal and aerodynamic profile. The aspirator generates continuous depression by forcefully dragging down the aeriform substance by the water flow and mixing it with water. The slows down the aeriform substance and the pollutant then sediments in the collection tank below which is the first filtration stage. In the second treatment stage, the remaining aeriform particles in the form of water-dust are centrifuged as a result of the difference in the specific weight compared to the intake air. They are then separated from the air and decant into the tank below. The used water is then recirculated which is the primary element for the pollution abatement and purification. The required quantity of water is reduced since the water separated by the centrifugation is collected in a tank in the form of turbid water. The physiological characteristics of the water containing dust enhances abatement process and simultaneously provides maximum economy since only the evaporated water needs to be reintegrated.
