Cartridge dust collector / for powder coating
Tama Group introduces the Kompac-Air cartridge filter for powder coating. It has compressed air cleaning arrangement which is automated to ensure separation and filtration of fine, medium sized and impalpable dust particles. The cartridge filter has excellent filtration capacity. Easy to clean filtering septum allows non-stop operation. The equipment is based on following principle. Polluted air passes through the filtering cartridges through a calming chamber or using an opening in the hopper. The speed of air flow is significantly reduced to allow dust from the polluted air to precipitate in the collection bin. The air is then passed through the cartridges, thereby depositing dust particles in the collection hopper. Purified air then comes out of the cartridges. Throughout this process, the filters are cleaned using cyclic counter-current method produced by powerful jet of compressed air blown at the cartridges.
