Pulco-Air baghouse filter with automatic compressed air cleaning system is specifically designed for the filtering and relative separation of medium size,fine and impalpable dust particles.The industrial air collector is an ideal option for the perfect cleaning of the filtering septum with continuous operation. The filter with an enhanced filtration efficiency functions on a special operating principle that induces the collection of polluted air in filtering bags through opening connected to the hopper or through a calming chamber. Most of the impurities present in the introduced air,precipitates into the collection bin as air flow speed is reduced greatly.Thus air from the outside is inputted into the bags,getting rid of its impurities in the collection hopper and being exited as clean air free from all impurities.The filter is acted upon by the system of cyclic, counter-current cleaning during entire procedure to keep it in proper condition.
Later a jet of compressed air from a special tank is blown into bags with utmost force for creation of violent counter current wave which ensures shaking of sleeve for loosening and precipitating particles,depositing them outside.
