Bag dust collector / mechanical shaker cleaning / modular / for wood dust - 220 mm
TAMA presents baghouse filter. These filtering substations have a modular design. They feature a device that ensures continuous and automatic discharge. These features make these filters ideal for air dedusting from wooden shavings, dust and sawdust. The filter structure comprises of sturdy galvanised panels. These panels are held together. These panels include an upper body and a lower body. The upper body features a bag holding frame, cleaning mechanisms, filtering bags with diameter of 220 mm and tube plate. The lower body has a collection hopper and load discharging applications such as a rotary valve and worm conveyor, which are fixed on legs.
The unit has been designed to operate under pressure. The dusty air gets inside the fore-chamber intake. This intake enables decanting of bigger shavings. The air is then moved up inside the bags. And finally, the air is removed from above as filtered cleaned air. An expulsion plenum allows recovering the air in the atmosphere or expelling via the by-pass closure gate.
