The Nederman S-Series dust collector is the hugely successful baby brother of the long established and respected NF family of wood-waste filters. Quick to install and easy to operate, it is the ideal solution for the small shop or single work-cell operation. It is designed to be used indoors and is compliant with the latest NFPA 664 guidelines - reference 8.2.2.5.1.4*(7).
The S-Series can handle up to 8.500 m3/hr (5,000 CFM) and comes in three models: the 3,7 Kw (5 hp) S-500, the 5,6 Kw (7.5 hp) S-750 and the 7,5 Kw (10 hp) S-1000.
Air Volume Range: 2.500 to 8.500 m3/hr (1,500 to 5,000 CFM)

Quick to install and easy to operate, it is the ideal solution for the small shop or single work-cell operation. Eliminate industrial dust with the compact BDC baghouse dust collector. Ideal for capturing medium to large particulate, the BDC is a self-cleaning, continuous-duty dust collection system. BDC dust collectors are most commonly used with bin venting and raw material handling type processes. Compact in size, the BDC requires less floor space than other baghouse style dust collectors, and provides tool-free maintenance including filter change outs. BDC dust collectors can be specified with 6 inch pleated bag filters or 6 inch felted bag filters depending on the process.
With its versatile construction and multiple media filter options, the BDC can meet virtually any manufacturing dust collection application including: food processing, grinding, metalworking, molding, pharmaceutical, polishing, rock / stone / glass operations, secondary smelting, woodworking and more.

Our model IFM self-unloading baghouse is utilised in mechanical engineering, foundries, chemicals, food, and marble industries, for welding, deburring, grinding.
Thanks to an automatic unloading system with jets of compressed air it is possible to clean the filtering elements without interrupting various processes, allowing detachment of the dust and subsequent precipitation of the same in the collection bin located at the base of the group or into an automatic discharge system by means of a star valve and, if present, an auger.
If required for special applications and following submission of the appropriate documentation the system can be supplied in an ATEX certified AIR CLEANER.
