Membrane filter cartridge / for gas / PTFE / for the electronics industry - ETM
ETM Filter Cartridges are built to meet the specific needs of the electronic and pure chemical industries. They are constructed with a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane, which is resistant to most chemicals. The hydrophobic characteristics of PTFE allow them to filter process gases. Users can order pre-wetted ETM filters for liquids that have too high of a surface tension to wet out the PTFE membrane. This same membrane is capable of handling elevated process temperatures found in compatible fluids. Every cartridge module is pulse power flushed until the rinse effluent reaches 18+ megohm-cm and less than 3ppb TOC, which minimizes extractables. Every cartridge is reliability tested.
