Membrane filter cartridge / for gas / PTFE / for biopharmaceutical applications - BTM
BTM Cartridge Filters are made of hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane. These cartridges are used for filtering gases and non-aqueous liquids. It can be applied to control bioburden in fermentation air, in compressed gas filtration and tank vent filtration to guard the coherence of stored liquids. Independent testing has been done to every cartridge using the water instrusion method prior to their release from the factory. Optimization was done to the cartridge area, filter core design, pleat configuration and pleat packing density to prolong cartridge liufe and lessen operating costs on filtration. Rugged built makes steaming and testing repeatable.
