The device finds application in air conditioning/ventilation, exhaust tools and components, suction and extraction of air and other limited pressure applications. It is sturdy and economic with adaptable nature and is highly compressible ca. 1:6 with a limited bend radius. The external steel-helix is resistant to corrosion, with exclusive clamping-methods ensuring high-bending strength between hose material and external helix. The unit is ideal for non-combustible dusts and gases of low conductivity as per TRBS 2153 (zone 1, 21). The Clip ends are earthed at both ends and helix-pitch is greater than 30 mm for static dissipation.
