QCL laser / for semiconductors - 4 - 12 µm
The QCL by Sacher Lasertechnik is a semiconductor laser which is engineered for spectroscopy specially in MIR spectral range. The unit features its optical gain which are far way different from the conventional diode lasers. The system work by generation of laser output in an interband transition coming from the conduction band.
