Power laser diode array - SPL AH90_3
The OSRAm Opto Semiconductor has 12 individually addressable pulsed lasers, and each laser channel has an aperture of 200pm x 10pm. The 260pm channel pitch of the monolithic laser die has an optical peak power up to 75W per laser with a 90nm laser wavelength.Applications include the 3D sensor, range-finding LIDAR, traffic surveillance and industrial/automotive sensors.
