Fiber-coupled laser diode - SPL 2Fxx series
Osram fiber-coupled laser diodes, providing low threshold current and higher reliability/efficiency, are used in fiber lasers and amplifiers (Er,Yb) pumping, solid state lasers (Nd: YAG. Yb: YAG) pumping, energy transmission, applications for testing/ measurement, soldering, heating and illumination processes, and medical programs. For cw and pulsed operation, the laser diodes feature an efficient radiation source. The diodes, with a dependable lnGa(AI)As strained quantum-well structure, feature a tiny T0-220 package with high-performing thermal coupling and a thermistor allowing temperature wavelength control.
