Photodiode
Photek's Photodiodes are utilized for detecting ultra fast optical events. When illuminated by light, these photodiodes are able to produce high levels of electrical output. They showcase no internal gain, but can operate over a broad dynamic range. They also feature a rise time of less than 100ps, and come in varying measurements that include 10 mm, 25 mm, and 40 mm photocathode configurations.
