HgCdTe photodiode
The HgCdTe detector from Zolix have liquid nitrogen cooling IR detectors that have a spectral range from 2 to 22μm. Two series are available, DMCT-De and the DMCT11-HS detectorsDMCT(x)-De is comes in a different versions - the DMCT 12, 14 16, and 22. This series have cut-off wavelengths applicable for general measurement. This is operational with a preamplifier.
DMCT12-HS is a high speed response detector that has an integrated preamplifier.
