Femtosecond laser - Odin-II
The ODIN-II is a sapphire amplifier. It is made to have a minimum high order dispersion to obtain clean and high contrast ultrashort pulses ranging from 5m. In order to have a higher energy, this amplifier includes add-on amplifiers. It consists of mounts tested to have optimal stability. This device is optically designed to maximize gain and minimize ASE. It is mostly used in OPA pumping, physics and high harmonic generation.
