Coupling capacitor - 72 - 800 kV | CCB
These coupling capacitors have 2 types: CCA for standard capacitance, and CCB for extra high capacitance. These are applied mainly for power line carriers. Identical to the capacitor voltage dividers type CSA and CSB are the capacitor and insulator designs but doesn't bear an intermediate voltage terminal. According to ABB standard, primary terminals together with insulators for pedestrial mounting, are part of the delivery. In most cases, a line trap can also be mounted at the top of the coupling capacitor.
