Power plant - MV

The MV Power Plant offers a medium-voltage power supply for both a primary and emergency source. It incorporates management systems, monitoring of energy effectiveness, high-technology control systems, and an increased interfacing capacity for both local and distant systems, all together for broad functionality.

The MV Power Plant can be used in urban areas and remote locations with applications for refineries, institutional complexes, sanitation complexes, antenna and data processing centers, and other facilities. These machines can immediately be connected to the grid. The MV Power Plant includes both Indoor Stations and Outdoor Stations.

CHP plant - Aircogen™

This is a special CHP called Aircogen, which operates on a small scale. This device utilizes latent and generated heat from power generation CHP mechanism in order to warm the air.

Aircogen works in a simple fashion. It uses similar technology to that used by modular packaged CHP plants, but this device's packaged equipment not only includes a heated air stream but also air handling machinery and integral heat exchangers. 95% efficiency is achieved by the Aircogen systems when operating at peak power.

This device is useful for process drying applications, space heating, distribution warehouses, and other environments where warm or hot air as is needed on a consistent basis. Reciprocating fuel oil or natural gas engines can be used as prime movers in the Aircogen systems, to allow for an elevated level of efficiency in the process of energy conversion. It would also displace a number of separate plant items and thus, improve overall flexibility. Aircogen systems have an electrical output that measures around 2MW per unit.

CHP plant - CHP Steam

There is a quite a large number of packaged or site-built system configurations available to applications where thermal output from a CHP system is required as a steam. Dresser Brand is internationally known for bringing energy and harmony into one environment. Dresser Band now offers Combined Heat and Power or CHP Steam which can definitely achieve that. You can contact us so we can review the process for your site. We can also start configuring out and selecting suitable heat recovery steam generator (HRGS) or boiler. This will depend on the steam conditions required and the site steam demand profile.

Biogas cogeneration plant

Cogeneration can be implemented through anaerobic treatment in order to produce electricity and heat which can produce methane, a very valuable source of energy.

In general, the cogeneration that uses energy from renewable sources produced in the surrounding area has the following characteristics:

Its main purpose is the generation of electricity
It doesn’t have large amounts of fuel as hourly capacity (production, on average, 0.5 to 4 MWh).

In general, if the combustion with conventional fuels in small cogeneration plants reaches up to 40% saving in the use of primary energy sources, the energy coming from renewable sources do not even need to worry about the cost of fuel supply (often with no cost or revenue as disposal of waste contributed by others).
