VCO oscillator / voltage-controlled - 10 - 20 GHz | VTO-15000-67L
Phase Matrixs VTO-15000-67L is a low-noise fundamentalvoltage-controlled source, which covers 10 to 20
GHz and can be used as a clock in high-speed systems
or as a local oscillator or transmitter oscillator in highfrequency
communications and radar systems or in
wideband instrumentation applications. This low-noise
source tunes over an octave from 10 to 20 GHz of frequency
range. A GaAs MMIC buffer amplifier is used to provide the
necessary power output and load isolation of the oscillator.
