Schottky diode / power - 15 - 200 V | 1N58xx, STPS series
The Schottky range of small-signal barrier diodes has a series of diodes from 15 to 200 V and is made with some strong standards. The M series and low VF series works with environmental standards in mind like the 80+ and Energy Star standards with VF totals of up to 100 mV when compared to other diodes from the past. This is made with an enhanced converter efficiency setup with a smaller body to make it work. This also uses a PowerFLAT setup that works to keep power spread out well enough. This works well with a sturdy body that can combine power with a small body. This is all made to work in a solar panel junction box and with a 45 V device. This is all made in a sturdy package to make it useful and is made with a TO-220AB package to work with care for slimmer materials.
