Diode
The Diode manufactured by SKYWORKS is equipped with PIN, Schottky, varactor and limiter diodes that are used for multiple applications. Some of these applications are microwave, infrastructure, WLAN, handset, SatCom, (LNB/DBS-CATV), military, automotive, measurement and testing, medical and many more.The Diode is equipped with a discrete silicone product line and a GaAs semiconductor. These diodes are available in die, plastic, packaged, surface mount (SMT) as well as ceramic hermetic packaged devices. In addition, this compact device has a multiple frequency ranges starting from low frequency, HF, VHF, UHF, L band, S band, C band, X band, KU band, K band, and Ka band.
