ASK integrated circuit receiver / FSK - AS3977
AS3977 series RF transceiver is an assembly of frequency-shift keying transmitter that enable optimized electrical performance, with compliance to ETSI EN 300-220, FCC CFR 47 part 15 and ARIB STD-T67 standards. It is fitted with an on-chip temperature sensor, infused with a digital readout for automatic frequency control applications. This transceiver system is fully-employed with ultra high frequency functions. Its deviation output can be configured up to 64 kHz. This series is also capable of working at any ISM frequency from 300 to 928 MHz.
