This low-cost resistance decade box has been designed to meet the standard in industrial and educational applications. The metal film resistors come with 0.75W power, being used throughout, providing the advantages of a low temperature coefficient and stability. There are no less than six large switches, each with a clear numerical readout, making the unit easy to use in educational establishments, as well as other applications, especially where robustness is a price configuration.The slim design makes the item take up minimum bench space, while the 1% accuracy and wide range make the product suitable for select-on-test usage. The case included provides complete electrostatic screening, while resistance can be selected by dialing the value required with the use of rotary switches. Finally, the front safety terminals are compatible with shrouded plugs of 4mm, along with standard plugs, spade terminals and bare wires.
