Time Electronics 1041 - 5 decade resistance box is a precision low ohm resistance box designed for general laboratory work including platinum resistance thermometry. Compact and engineered for durability, also features a robust metal housing case with a removeable rubber cover, making it ideal for laboratory use. By using high stability metal film resistors, a superior accuracy is possible. The five digit thumbwheel switch enables simple and precise setting with a clear indication of the resistance value, and a special multiple gold contact arrangement allows and ensures a low contact resistance and continued operation, even in the event of a contact fail. The 1041- 5 also benefits from colour coded digits- ohms are in white, and milliohms are in yellow. Also features safety terminals which are compatible with 4mm shrouded plugs, as well as standard plugs, bare wires, and spade terminals.
