Programmable decade box / resistance - 1 Ω - 1.2 MΩ | M632

This is the Model M630 resistance decade box with range from 1 Ω to 1.2 MΩ and high accuracy. The basic accuracy of this device is 0.003 % and the best resolution on the lowest range is 10 μΩ. It is constructed by high stable foil resistors switched with combination of relays. It has inbuilt software for RTD temperature sensor simulation with option of Celsius as well as Fahrenheit. It can be controlled with RS232, USB, LAN or GPIB interface. Inter power supply is utilized with extremely low noise .
