High-power rheostat - 2 - 20 kW | DSR-WB series
Adjustable power load bank: DSR-WB has a standard power range from 1 kW-20 kW that supports high load current requirements.Options available are Voltmeter, Ammeter, Wattmeter and thermal over current protection.
Unit provides maximum resistance at minimum current and minimum resistance at maximum current in terms of the rated power. Smaller rated resistance values means that the rheostat may have a larger rated maximum current capacity. For varying load currents and resistance ranges ones needs to incorporate different resistance materials that are able to withstand current while achieving the resistance values. Customers should provide the best suitable resistance ranges that are used for your applications.
Resistance values do not come in a standard value that is suitable for all applications.
