MOSFET gate driver - 6.8 - 9.3 V | FAN738x series
The FAN7388 is an IC designed monolithic three half-bridge gate purposed for high-voltage, high-speed, driving MOSFETs, and IGBTs operating up to +600V. High-voltage process and common-mode noise canceling technique by Fairchild provides operation stabillity of high-side drivers under high-dv/dt noise circumstances.High-side gate drivers can operation up to VS = -9.8V (typical) for VBS =15V as allowed by advanced level shift circuits. When VDD and VBS are lower than the needed voltage, the UVLO circuits prevent malfunction. Three-phase half-bridge applications in motor drive systems are typically sourced by output drivers, where source/sink 350mA/650mA is compatible.
