The MB series of bridge rectifiers includess a 0.5A rectifier that achieves high surge current absorption with a very small footprint. With its small 35x35mm form factor, it is ideal for small power supplies. Some devices are also rated to breakdown voltages of up to 1000V, making them very useful.
