Twintus Flanges from Hummel are the new low-cost miniature pluggable solutions in drive technology. They are connectors for small drives designed for superior functionality and efficiency even in the smallest servo motors. The specifically created compact design dimensions of 21mm height and 41mm width, and a 20mm resp. 25mm mounting flange, offer high power density. To achieve better performance and signal transmission, the 3-18 inch inserts from the M16 plug connector series can be combined in a modular design principle. In addition to the two plug-in connections from M16, the latest available Twintus combination is the power of the M16 + M12 connectors, where the M16 connector works on the power transfer and the 8-pin M12 connector is used as a signal connector. Customized solutions include color coding, such as the Desina color code.
