The Chauvin Arnoux 's C.A 3100 are formulated digital temperature transmitters for DIN rail installation. It has a rigged, IP 20 rated housing that measures 100 x 110 x 22.5 mm integrated with 4-wire mounting and 1-channel. It is known to have a wide variety of advance features: Universal input thermocouple, Pt100, resistance, voltage, current. It also has 2-wire RS485 digital output (MODBUS protocol), current output of 0/4 up to 20mA. Its inputs, outputs, and power supply units are galvanic insulated. The unit has a power supply of 85 to 265V, programmable digital display module and two alarm relays. The device has a .01% resolution, and accuracy of the whole extent of the range chosen. The user can easily record data in PC-type files if combined with PYROTRACER software.
