The Model 710 from BK Precision is a general-purpose dual input thermometer. It is capable of switching T1 and T2 between low and high digits, with both units alternating display on both digits. It is capable of being integrated with a RS232 cable (AK 710), and a ThermoLink software. In addition, it also sports a data recording/holding capability, and an automatic power off feature.
