Gyrocompass - CMZ900S
The CMZ900S gyrocompass can be easily customized to meet the requirements of any merchant vessel and features a variety of signal outputs with the IEC 61162-2 high-speed code option for the heading and rate of turn outputs. It is equipped with vibration and shock suppression system, that uses highly viscous oil to provide reliable operation in the demanding sea conditions and a compact, lightweight container used for the followup speed improvement. This unit offers smooth operation with zero lag even when faced with a rapid course correction of smaller vessels. In addition this space saving unit is also capable of performing automatic speed-error correction when provided with access to speed log and another positioning signal (like GPS).
