The magnetic linear position sensors with analog and SSI output features an absolute value encoder which significantly saves the position information at voltage failure eliminating the need of a reference run (homing). This provides excellent repeatability, resolution and linearity. The device delivers signal strength proportional to the position of the positioning element (magnet) and indicates up to 7500 mm measuring distances.
