Infrared light barrier with visible beam - ELP 15
Light Barriers are ideal devices to detect persons or objects using infrared light. These optoelectronic sensors function without establishing any physical contact. The optical systems of the light transmitter and the light receiver point towards each other. They are place in completely separate housings. The light travels only once along the specified path from the transmitter to the receiver. Any object which interrupts the path of light trigger a switching operation which continuous as long as the beam is interrupted. The ELP 15 is equipped with a special flash technology which ensures that it is insensitive to extraneous light.
