The Laser Height sensors of the HF series functions optical triangulation as its base principle.The visible red laser is pointed unto the surface of the road, the sensors output is directly proportional to the measured height . The HF sensor is also compatible with the Corrsys Datron standard mounting equipment.
Applications of this unit includes, sensors for the measuring of height, roll angle, pitch in adherence with the ISO 4138, and steady state circular course drive. Additional applications include spring deflation, tire lift off, dynamic tire flat spotting.
Dual HF sensors are also mounted via the wheel which enables the dynamic camber angle measurement.
