The Model LT25 linear cable transducer produces a speed information up to 125" measurement range in a durable and easy-to-install package. The hardened measuring cable is made of nylon-coated stainless-steel making it a solution to a variety of industrial linear measurement challenges such as concrete cutting, controlling hydraulic cylinders, metal grinding, or having a problem with the access area for measurement.

The linear cable transducer offers a simple and adaptable mode of installation. It can perform by connecting a wire to an equipment and securing the base to a fixed object. The flexible design of LT25 allows a flexible measurement setups while having the same interface design as used for rotary axes. The device can eliminate hard-to-reach areas and misalignment.

Another innovation of the automotive accessory manufacturer, TURCK's linear position detecting sensors feature a wear-free, and completely contact-less operation functionality. A target object's position is sensed and triangulated by means of an oscillating RLC circuit, and not a magnet, as most standard detecting sensors operate by. These sensors utilize custom-engineered encryption devices for float detecting"magnetostrictive" linear position triangulation detectors, and "magnetostrictive" linear position detectors for quick and simple sensing in hydraulic cylinders. In addition, these sensors transmit data of over a distance of up to 131.23 feet via an accurate, and comprehensive system.
