New photoelectric design OG-Cube sensors with M18 thread provide all-round performance inspite of the corners. The sensors are suitable for conveying, packaging machinery, automotive and handling. The series was designed for demanding industrial applications. The sensors are available as through-beam, retro-reflective sensors and diffuse reflection sensors. Background suppression allows the sensor to see an object, which is very close to a reflective background. The sensor is compact yet offers excellent optical performance. The devices provide exceptional quality at an affordable price.
The sensors can be set up very quickly due to the easy teach mode. They support universal mounting and provide a broad range of fixing accessories. These features lead to significant cost and time savings during installation. The devices integrate the time-tested and widely-accepted OG series technology in a strong, rectangular metal housing.
The sensors provide exceptionally long ranges, for retro-reflective sensors, of 4m and, for diffuse reflection sensors, of 200 mm. This, along with the compact housing, results in improved flexibility for constructing plants and machineries.
