Photoelectric sensor / direct reflection sensor / block type - IS-120 Series
The IS-120 series by Rechner is an Optoelectronic Sensors (IS) which is designed to be used as a light sensor or reflection light barriers. The whole equipment comprises of a light transmitter and a receiver for efficient operation. Its emitting diode can emit radiation having a wavelength of about 660 nm with a red light that serves as an indicator. Also, it emits radiation of 880 nm which can be used using an infrared switch. The unit function when the energetic sensors had received the energy which is then evaluated of the possible sensing distance. This possible distance can be affected with some factors such as color or reflection characteristics and dimension or design of the object.
