The ColorMax FLEX from EMX is an ideal quality control solution for color verification in both high-speed automated production and manual assembly processes. The sensor light source is projected onto the object surface and the reflected light is analyzed for its red, green and blue composition. The sensor stores a reference color (up to 15 colors) then checks each object for a match. A Windows Application program makes set-up and color recognition programming quick and easy.
