Laser belt-drive alignment tool - SMARTY2
The FAG Top-Laser Smarty2 line laser can align belt pulleys and sprockets that are 60mm in diameter or greater. The alignment will keep the overall wear and energy losses in a unit from being damaged. The bearings and seals will prevent heat from being generated while the run time of a machine will be extended.The line laser is parallel and pulleys can be horizontally and vertically aligned as needed. The alignment is faster and more accurate and only one person has to align it. The device uses magnetism on the pulleys and may be used on non-magnetic sprockets and pulleys. The low mass will allow the target marks and emitter to be attached to a drive pulley with double-sided adhesive tape.
