Dial indicator tester - Optimar 100
The OPTIMAR 100 represents a user-friendly, cost effective, compact testing unit with ensured fast test controlled by software. The unit is extensively used for semi- or fully automated testing of dial indicators, dial comparators, lever-type test indicators, 2-point inside measuring devices, and inductive and incremental probes. The unit features a motorized drive and is equipped with a high-resolution measuring system. The test run is controlled by software.The unit is used to test dial indicators, dial comparators, lever-type test indicators, 2-point inside measuring devices, digital dial indicators and inductive or incremental probes. The motorized measuring-spindle drive automates the sub-processes (automated pre-positioning). The digital devices includes a fully automated measuring run. OPTIMAR 100 can also be used horizontally (e.g. for measuring 2-point inside measuring devices). The testpiece is mounted through a vertical guide and height can be adjusted quickly (adaptation of testpieces to different measuring ranges). the box shaped unit features a rigid housing. The testpieces come with optional 8 mm, 28 mm, 3/8' diameter shafts.
