Interior comparator gauge / exterior - Checkmaster
Checkmaster is a flexible gauging solution intended for short production runs. It comes in two sizes. The Universal Tooling Set is ready for use as soon as assembled to suit the application, with the indicator of choice fitted and the device zeroed against a master to achieve quick, accurate and exceptionally repeatable results. For softer materials the gauging force can be regulated. It can also be biased for internal or external dimensions using an easy lever selection. This allows for multi-dimension installations.If absolute results are required, the master size can be preset using Bower's standard digital indicator. This leads to the results being shown as absolute dimensions. For even faster reference, tolerances can be entered, when a symbol will flash showing "out of tolerance".
The Universal Tooling Set is comprised of two universal tooling blocks, mounting bars, mushroom anvils and a two-in-one blade/radius anvil. These enable the measurement of numerous internal and external features.
