The Pelletizing extruder serves as a solution for pelletizing soft PVC that has an output of up to 1.800 kg/h. It is integrated with EMS technology from Battenfeld-Cincinnati. It comes with counter-rotating twin-screw extruders making it as a suitable line concept for its application use. It is built with an EMS electric-powered back pressure gap adjustment facility which is intended for running the pressure, temperature, material degassing and even the level of plasticization of the melt. It is also equipped with a trouble-free melt exit which enables it have an eminent dispersion functionality.
The Battenfeld-Cincinnati provides a single-screw extruders integrated with grooved feed areas for processing and pelletizing thermoplastic materials such as ABS, PC, PE, PP, PS, PA and PET.

With the Compact Super Hybrid Sensor (C-SHS) refined especially for analytical balances, the HR-AZ/HR-A series realizes a stabilization speed of 2 seconds at a resolution of 0.1 mg. The HR-AZ models are also equipped with an internal calibration mechanism, allowing one-touch automatic calibration to ensure consistent balance accuracy.
Saving space
The HR-AZ/HR-A series has a footprint as small as 198 mm by 294 mm, which is smaller than the ISO A4 paper size. Their breeze break has rotary sliding doors and requires no extra space at the rear when accessing the weighing chamber, as the doors simply rotate behind the balance. Furthermore, the breeze break detaches with one touch for ease of cleaning and operation without it. These features maximize opportunities for use of an analytical balance even in the smallest of spaces.
