Hydrostatic level sensor / for high-viscosity applications - MAD4520
The MAD4520 by Madison Company is a Hydrostatic level transmitter designed for highly viscous operations. This specific equipment is used for monitoring viscous material and operation with turbulent condition inside a vessel. For this specific model, it comes with different standards such as UL/cUL913 Class 1 Division 1 IS, Groups C and D. For its protection, all standard designs come with an approved barrier. Each transmitter can handle pressure coming from 0-5 Psig to 0-20 psig. Its cage is used for allowing proper media flow in the operation while simultaneously keeping the sensor at its bottom. Also, it has a 316L and PVDF which are designed structure for optimum performance having a toughest condition. This is the suitable tool in food tanks and viscous media applications.
