Magnetic float level switch - LML series
Pepperl+Fuchs magnet-operated immersion probes are suitable for clean liquids, for example solvents or oils. Factors such as pressure, density, temperature or the liquid's electrical properties have no effect on the measurement. A probe tube directs the float, which starts floating on the surface. The reed contacts, which are fitted in the guide pipe, are activated by a ring magnet, integrated in the float, through its magnetic field. When the float is in a proper position, the contacts are switched. They are available in different types of contact switch designs such as normally closed, normally open or change-over.
